Phoebe completed her 300hour qualification  through Taryn Herselman at Shakti Yoga Therapy and has been practicing since 2017. As one of our intern Yogis she has been striving to maintain a mindful approach to the practice of yoga and has been going from strength to strength whilst gaining additional experience through Group classes. She brings her sound Yogi Knowledge and spirit combined with her love of dance to her flows and believes the practice of Yoga is the practice of wholeness. By balancing mind, body and soul.
